Our handbags are made by hand in the west of Scotland near Glasgow in wonderfully soft Scottish deer skin which makes them unique in feel and quality. The leather comes from wild deer where great consideration is given to the well-being of the flock. The deep respect for the hides continues when traditional methods inherited for seven generations are used. Together with the soft water from Levern Burn, which runs next to the tannery, and with vegetable tannins and oils, the tanning process makes natural and environmentally responsible. The bags are entirely made in Scotland – from leather tanning, to Harris Tweeden to sewing. Simply the best our beloved homeland has to offer.
