Normal delivery time is 3-8 working days within Sweden, excluding fabrics that take 10-20 days. To Norway, Denmark and Finland, the normal delivery time is 5-7 days. Some products may have slightly longer delivery times at high loads, such as during holidays. Please note that orders abroad have a longer delivery time.
We have a unit shipping of SEK 79 per order in Sweden (minimum order SEK 100) and SEK 155 for the rest of the world. For the rest of the world, the minimum order of 500 SEK applies. For orders within Sweden, free shipping applies to orders over 500 SEK.
All goods can be paid by credit card/credit card (VISA, MasterCard), invoice or partial payment via Klarna.
For companies, we send an invoice if desired. Contact us for this. Payment terms 30 days. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee of the amount permitted by law is currently SEK 50 and interest on late payment of 24% + the applicable reference rate. Simplified credit assessment without a copy of knowledge takes place and delivery is only made to the registered address.
The goods can also be picked up and paid for at the store at Fleminggatan 105 in Stockholm. In case of unresolved package, you will be charged SEK 150 regardless of the purchase price plus new shipping fee depending on the product to cover our administrative costs, shipping and return shipping. Payment must be made within ten (10) days from the date of invoicing.
In case of late payment, a reminder fee of the amount allowed according to law is paid at the same time as SEK 50.
We use DHL and Schenker as a supplier and delivery takes place to the nearest delivery point. When sending your item, a confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number. If you have not received this email or are having trouble tracking your package, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We reserve the right to relist or cancel orders for items that are out of stock. If the item is expected to arrive within a reasonable time and the price of the item exceeds SEK 100, we will renote the item and deliver, free of charge, as soon as it has arrived at our warehouse. If an item has been listed by us, you have the right to cancel the item.
You have 30 days to buy from the day you receive the order. Always send us an email with the item number and your order number before you return your item. You are responsible for the item when returning it to us. The item must be in undamaged condition and well packaged. Any labels should remain on the product. You pay the return freight. If you as a customer would like to receive payment in cash in connection with an open purchase, always provide a bank account number or postal giro account, due to the increased costs associated with payment wafers. The right of withdrawal only applies to private individuals not traders. For the right of withdrawal to apply, the goods must be returned in unaltered condition. The goods must not have been used.
In case of reverse purchase, we will refund the same amount that you as a customer paid for the item. Please note that it may take up to 14 days from the date we have re-received your item until the refund is made. Scottish House reserves the right to hold off on refunds until we have received the goods or that you have been able to prove that the item has been sent back to us. The refund is made via the same payment option that was used at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Should it turn out when we have received the product back that it has decreased in value due to the fact that you used it or handled it to a greater extent than necessary to determine the characteristics and function of the goods, we have the right to deduct this on the amount of the refund.
If you have used the invoice or partial payment option through Klarna, it is important that you pay the invoice to avoid any reminder fees. The amount will be refunded when we have recovered and registered the return to our web warehouse.
If you want to claim an item that is defective or damaged, always send us an email before returning the item. In the email you will tell us what is wrong with the product and we will come back to you with the best solution to the problem. Also enters the item number and your order number. You are responsible for the goods when returning to us. Pack the product well and then send it to us. We pay return shipping up to 100 SEK against the attached receipt. We are responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation to customers. If, upon receipt, you find that the shipment is damaged by transport, you must immediately notify the carrier. If these do not take on liability, please contact us. If the return shipment weighs more than 20 kilos, always contact our customer service at email@example.com. When returning from the customer to us, the customer is responsible for damages that may occur duringtransportation.
Normally we provide a 1-year warranty on our goods, with the exception of consumables. The warranty applies in the event of any product, despite normal use, breaking. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase and includes repair of manufacturing and material defects. The expedition note/guarantee certificate/cash receipt must be presented in case of warranty claims. In the event of a dispute, we follow the decision of the General Complaints Board.
We reserve the right for final sale. The colours of our products may vary slightly from the original colour in the pictures.
All prices are stated in SEK and are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right for any price changes due to changes in VAT, abnormally large changes in the currency situation or purchase prices.
